I have an older version of the app, and have forgotten my password. How do I retrieve my password/create a new one?
There are a couple of options:
- If you remember the email you used for your account, click on “Forgot Password” on the sign-in screen, then click OK, and a new password will be sent to you.
- If you do not remember which email you used, please send an email to mobileappsupport@familylife.com with your user name and we will reset it for you.
Does the app work on my iPad?
Yes, but you will need to switch from searching for iPad apps to searching for iPhone apps:
I can’t find the app in the app store. What should I be searching for?
Here is a list of keywords that should bring up the FamilyLife app in your app store:
Family Life, FamilyLife, Family, FamilyLife Today, Christian, Marriage, Husband, Wife, Step-Family, Parent
What is a Space?
A Space is a place for you to journal for yourself or to share with another person/group of people. It’s totally up to you! Click on the Space button on the bottom navigation to learn more about how to create one.
How do I connect with other users?
Click on More in the bottom navigation, then Search and type in the name of the user you’re looking for. A list of people should come up.
Where do I find content that I have started but not completed yet?
You’ll find that in your library! Click on More > Library, and you’ll find content that you can continue moving through, more content from the Champions you’re connected to, and a list of your recently completed content.
I’d like to read the privacy policy; where can I find that?
You can find the policy by clicking on More > Privacy Policy. Please send us any of your concerns at mobileappsupport@familylife.com.
How do I share content with someone on the platform?
You can only share Go Deeper content. When you’re in the Go Deeper section, click on the three dots below the content. You can choose between sharing it publicly on your timeline, or into one of your Spaces.
