In response to a question asked by a mentor, it is not only acceptable to follow up with a mentee who stopped writing but it is a good way to let the mentee know you care and that they are still in your prayers and thoughts.  If you don’t get a response back from a mentee in a couple of weeks, we encourage you to write them a short and simple e-mail.  If there is still no response after two follow-ups, feel free to archive.  Some mentees only write for a “season.”
